About Dr. Bens

Charles Bens, PhD is the founder and president of Healthy at Work. In our past article, we highlighted that vitamin K 1 supplementation has been shown to support a favorable bone biomarker profile. One study included vitamin K 1, along with Hop rho iso-alpha acids, berberine, vitamin D. The treatment group showed a significant decrease in biomarkers that indicate bone turnover.
