Glucose regulation involves a diverse array of metabolic pathways that sustain health. This includes a balanced inflammatory response, healthy weight maintenance, healthy digestion, clear thinking and circulatory and heart health*. Let’s explore how to beat the sugar blues by regulating glucose balance through monitoring factors such as a1C, modifying sugar cravings and integrating supportive botanicals. We will discuss the broader issues associated with impaired glucose regulation, and review botanicals that can be effective partners in supporting normal blood sugar levels, both in culinary use and as therapeutic supplements.

You will receive access to the class recording and accompanying instructional materials for one year
