2020 Herbal Medicine Making Workshop

This is a two-part event. First, participants walk the gardens and fields, learning about and gathering wild medicinal herbs. Then, participants assemble in the Tin House and process the herbs into simple tinctures, salves, and smudge sticks. Led by Ellen Kamhi, PhD, RN, AHG, AHN-BC, and by Dr. Eugene Zampieron, ND.
Participants should bring a bag to gather the herbs and 2-3 small jars for transporting home their own tinctures and skin salve.

Fee: $45 in advance until July 10, 2020. $50 at the door.

Ellen Kamhi PhD RN, THE NATURAL NURSE and Dr. Eugene Zampieron, ND, AHG, teach classes on how to gather wild edible plants and make them into food and medicine! This class is a yearly event at Gilbertis Organic Herb Farm. We have many other classes all the time!
