  1. My name is Theodore D. Worth, I’am studying naturopathic medicine at Bastyr university. I listened to you last night on Coast to Coast. I learned more in that short broadcast, than I have all year at school. Your dvd course work is, the key in my understanding of herbal medicine. I cannot wait until I have saved enough to purchase your dvd set. At this time I’am treating Lyme disease, with one hundred percent success. My Lyme protocol may prove to cure many bacterial/viral illnesses. My motivation to find a natural cure for Lyme, was sparked by my five year fight with the AMA, trying to kill me. I now help all lyme patients with no regard to their financial standing. These people are alone, as was I. Thank You, for your work.

  2. Hello,

What is the best way to take Ashwagandha, in poweder, or capsules, and what dosage?

    Thank you,

    John Cambra

    1. The dose and form for the use of any herb can vary with the individual and the situation.
      Thank you for listening!
