Rainbow Feather Poem by Jim Frazzitta

Greetings Rainbow Feather,

It was good to see you at Summerfest on Sunday!

I wrote a poem today that was inspired by a Gathering you held at Jones Beach, on September 25, 1988, in the time of The Harmonic Convergence. I was moved to share it with you.

“Harmonic Convergence.”

Splash of starlight upon her sweet brow
Radiant crystal, amethyst eve
Far comes near ‘neath velvet skies
Twirling in a lover’s weave.

Luminous beings ablaze with hope
They shine but do not burn
Cool lanterns flicker by enchanting pools
The Fairyfolk await their turn.

A new day dawning upon our fair Earth
A brand new awakening call
And if only for one delicious morn’
Glimpsed through the amber glow of fall.

Gather ye spirits ‘neath September moons
Form your circle in the sand
Call out to your dolphin kin
By the great, Australian land.

Chant in meditation around the tall obelisk
And send your lovelight to the moon
Reflect it back to your Great Mother, Earth
Bring the waters to a swoon!

For nothing is forsaken now
In a heart that knows God’s love
The Rains of Light bring the flowers to bloom
Whilst they pour down from Above.

Then part as lovers with one last, sad embrace
And solemn vows to remember well
For the benefit of your human race
Keep your story near to tell…

Peace and love to you, Rainbow Feather.

Best always…
