Botanicals have been used throughout human history to help people support their respiratory health so they can keep breathing easy.* Let us explore  ancient folklore and the scientific mechanisms of action that indicate the efficacy of the use of botanicals for lung health & respiratory support.*

Herbs discussed include Oil of Oregano, Yarrow, Chinese Skullcap, Boswellia, Mullein, Plantain, Schisandra, Nigella, and Horehound.

This class is offered Live via Zoom on Sunday, January 10, 9:30 – 11 am. All registrants will receive the course recording and handouts, with access to materials for one year.
