Those plants are still there\, you just need to learn which\, when\, why and how to use them safely for food and medicine. \nFolklore and Science BOTH promote the use of Natural Remedies to enhance immune function; Including: preventing infection\, increasing natural defenses\, relieving congestion and coughs\, soothing a sore throat\, reducing a fever and quieting an upset stomach.
