There is some solid science suggesting that adding pepper to curcumin increases absorption. Regular black pepper would be fine to use for this purpose. It would be better if it is organic and non-irradiated. Ellen Kamhi PHD RN

Thank you for your comment. You CAN add black pepper to curcumin tea, and it will enhance the uptake of curcumin. If you think about it, traditional cooking systems that use Turmeric (the rhizome that contains curcumin) usually includes the addition of other spices such as black pepper. To take an additional step in the best direction, use Organic Pepper! Ellen Kamhi PhD RN

HI Claudette,

Thank you for your comment. There is an excellent product that combines rosemary, cordyceps and rehmannia. You can find it at this link: http://www.restorativeformulations.com/Our-Products/RF-All-Products/T-Cell-Balance-Px_US?whence=
Also, if you are interested, we can have a protocol discussion for your individual needs. Be Well! Ellen Kamhi PhD RN
