HI Derek,

There is actually no such thing as an L-arginine tincture. L-arginine is an amino acid, while tinctures are prepared using herbs.
You can take arginine in powder or capsule form, available at your local health food store. You do not need to use it sublinqually.

How do I go around making a very potent L arginine tincture?

I’m guessing the amino acid +alcohol extraction andthen take the tincture sublingually?

What is your recommendation in terms of advice, how to make, and dosage?

Thank you for your comment. Avena is commonly known as OATS. I imagine it is the same in India.
