Cedric is a medical ethnobotanist, ethnopharmacist, and phytotherapy researcher, clinician and educator. Cedric holds a doctor of Pharmacy degree from Mercer University, and studied ethnopharmacology with Dr. Dennis McKenna at the University of Minnesota. His research focus is the integrative therapeutics of traditional functional foods and dietary phytochemical patterns in Asian and Mediterranean Diets.
